Fresia Magdalena EP

Peruvian-born Berlin-based producer Sofia Kourtesis releases her third EP, Fresia Magdalena, on Ninja Tune’s Technicolour imprint. 

It follows her previous EP ‘Sarita Colonia’, which saw her tipped as One To Watch by The Observer, reach #4 in Gorilla Vs Bear’s EPs And Mixtapes Of 2020 and receive a 8.0 on Pitchfork: “The kind of house music that skirts convention without ever forgetting that its purpose is to make people move.” 

Also listed in NME’s 100 Essential Emerging Artists For 2021, Sofia continues to hone her infectious and singular sound with her new EP. Fresia Magdalena is a collection of vibrant dance music that lifts the mood with distinctive and addictive flourishes separating it from the pack.
