Sell Your Records

Do you have an unwanted collection of records, CDs, merchandise, band t-shirts, posters or just about anything else of musical intrigue? Then we’re interested in buying it. Sell your collection direct to a local, reputable store.

  • We are good, honest people and have no interest in ripping people off and no time to haggle. We always give our best price up-front
  • We always try to respond to all enquiries either way and never waste your time

If you have a collection to sell, fill out the form below with as much information as you can and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible, or drop in to see us at 11 Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AB. HOWEVER, right before you do that, be sure to read on for further guidance – it might save you a lot of time.

Guidance

We are happy to look at any size collection – big or small – but keep in mind that a long journey to view the collection needs to be worth our while (i.e. a pretty huge or special collection), so just be mindful of where we are based - in Stourbridge, West Midlands, about 10 miles outside of Birmingham.

The more information you are able to give about the collection at the start, the quicker the process for selling will be. We'll need an idea of the types of music and years in the collection and a general idea around condition at a minimum. A list of artists and titles is a huge plus if possible.

Condition

Condition is really important to us. If your collection has been kept in good condition, let’s talk. Don't worry, signs of aging, some shelf-wear and small signs of use are expected of a pre-owned collection.

However, if your records have been heavily exposed to decades of dust, have been water damaged, are mostly heavily scratched or warped, are heavy-handed ex DJ collections or ex jukebox lots, we're unlikely to be interested.
