What is it?
Record Culture Direct is a scheme we created after the closure of our physical store in Stourbridge in 2026, to offer a simple way for local customers to still get records from us with minimum fuss.
It works like this: You place an order via our website, our WhatsApp service, by e-mail, social media or just about anywhere else we can accept an order, and we'll deliver it directly to your address. And if you're within one mile of our old base, it is completely FREE!
It's called Direct because it's exactly that; from us direct to you. No multiple passing hands and various couriers or points of failure. We load up our own RC wagon and deliver them ourselves. Perfect records guaranteed every time.
Costs
Direct delivery prices are based on your address relative to our old base in the centre of Stourbridge and are worked out by distance up to a maximum radius of 5 miles
Up to 1 mile: FREE
Up to 2 miles: £1
Up to 3 miles: £2
Up to 5 miles: £3
Addresses above 5 miles fall into the world of our regular courier network.
In all cases, all of this is worked out for you at the online checkout, so you can see what options and prices are available before you pay.

The important stuff
For Record Culture Direct to work, it needs to be easy and efficient for us as much as it does for you. It is crucial that we are able to fulfil orders without complications. Please ensure addresses are correct and easy to locate, ensuring any info we need is made clear in the notes at checkout.
We do not have the power of courier giants and are therefore unable to do risky things like leave parcels with neighbours, or making a return delivery attempt.
As standard and to remain cost-effective, Record Culture Direct is a doorstep delivery service, meaning that items will be left at the door/safe spot
