Record Culture gift cards can be used in-store and online. When a gift card is purchased online, the gift card is sent as an e-mail that contains a unique code - it is not a physical card sent out in the post. However, if you purchase a gift card online but would like a physical version, pop into the shop and we'll happily sort one for you.
Alternatively, simply send the e-mail on to the person you are gifting the voucher to, or print it out for them. If redeemed in-store, just have the unique code handy on paper or e-mail so that we can grab the details.
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of your order, which will include any shipping.
Note that all gift cards have an expiry date of exactly two years from the time of purchase.
