Record Store Day 2025 - Important Information
Record Store Day takes place on Saturday 12th April. We will be open from 8am

We will in due course upload this information to our own website with prices so that you can see what your wanted items will cost on the day, alongside a handy indicator of what sort of stock levels we'll have versus expected demand for them. The link will appear here when available to view.

All limited edition RSD items are sold on a first-come first-served basis and available in-store only. There is likely to be a queue forming so we would advise getting down early (but please don't camp out or anything!)
Please do not ask us if you can pay in advance or put something aside - we are not allowed to do this
No more than one copy can be sold to an individual of any title. "I'm getting one for my friend while I'm here" just isn't allowed on this day, sorry.
Any unsold RSD stock should be available on our website from 8pm on Monday 14th April, though this might depend on how much we have left over as we would want to ensure local shop goers have first opportunity
We won't have everything on the list. We'll get as many releases as we can but don't assume that all shops have everything because it's almost impossible to stock the lot. We are guided by you as to what to stock so if you are planning to visit us on the day, we highly advise sending us an e-mail (to: lee@recordculture.com) with the subject heading RSD Wish List** and letting us know what you're hoping to pick up. We then use this information as an ordering guide to make sure we get the right stuff.
**RSD Wish List Note that the window for submitting any wish lists has now expired and all orders will be in with suppliers. We may be able to offer guidance on whether we've ordered a particular item but we won't be able to take any more 'wants' into account
Any Wish List you send us is not in any way a guarantee of a copy or a pre-order, nor is it a guarantee that we will have the item for the day. If in doubt about that, drop us a message in the days before the event to check
We will confirm what we do have/don't have in the days before the event
Finally, we don't make the rules for RSD. It's an event governed by strict codes that we have to adhere to. Please don't give us any aggro about any of the rules. Many thanks.
