All the Flair, Less of the Fuss

Squid are back again, and - it seems - a little more focused this time. I loved the last album, but they've really sieved through for those pearl moments on this one, and discarded anything that isn't absolutely necessary. That's not to say there isn't any flair or moments of ostentatiousness - there's plenty - but it all serves the O Monolith cause. Brilliant. Blue vinyl edition from Warp Records.
